"Wow. I'm still in shock. I bought a vehicle yesterday. A 2019 Nissan Versa. A $10k car. An economy car. It barely goes 60mph on a good day. I was quoted $160 a month for full coverage on it. I previously, through you, Anna, had a 2022, Rav 4 Hybrid a FOURTY FOUR THOUSAND dollar SUV. Again. This vehicle was between 4 and 5 times the value of the Versa I just bought and I was paying $117 a month. I need someone to explain to me, a somewhat rational human, how a $10k economy car is going to cost me $160 a month, while an nearly 50 thousand dollar SUV costs only $117 (and I dropped coverages to get the Versa to $160) I had given this insurance agency an absolutely glowing review because of my Rav 4 coverage. I am 47 years old, have been driving for almost 35 years and have no marks at all, whatsoever on my driving record. Now, I have erased that review and leaving a 1 star, terrible review as that is exactly how I feel about the rate that I was quoted. I'm still in utter shock. Anna, I was told by an agent on the phone that you were not available "in the forseeable future". I'm asking, in this review that you contact me asap. I will surely be leaving to go to another company unless someone can explain to me how a $10k economy car costs more to insure than a $44k SUV. I just cannot wrap my limited amount of brain cells around it. My actual car payment per month is $215. My insurance payment is $160. I'm basically buying this vehicle twice because of your absolutely ridiculous rate you've quoted.... and again, I have a completely spotless, 30+ year driving record. I can't believe I'm even typing this out to be honest. Anna, please call me as soon as you get the chance, in the meantime, I have someone shopping around for better rates for me. For anyone else, until my issue is resolved. 1 star is as low of a review as I can possibly leave. Google doesn't allow negative star reviews or I would leave one. $160 a month for a 47 year old with a literal perfect 30+ year driving record, on a 6 year old Nissan Versa worth $10k. It still sounds like some bad fever dream to me.. Edit: the response below is garbage. You have my number you should have called me. Im done jumping through hoops. By the end of this month I will be with a different company. From very good rates to complete robbery in one vehicle change. I will also edit this review to be shorter and make sure people know to stay away from this insurance agency. I will also be posting this review on every site I can. Pure garbage."
